This is NOT a spam list, NOT a re-distributed list and a NON public list. Our newsletters offer useful information, news, updates, new product entries. Commissioned Project Conditions (including any custom services):
All sections of this website including but not limited to “About”, “FAQ’s” & “Store” have additional information regarding our services, labor & techniques. By using this website & Ironproof Timberworks Inc. for any custom commissioned projects, builds or fabricated applications you agree to all the aforementioned informational sections.
Ironproof Timberworks reserves the right to refuse service, the sale of any items and/or close your account at any time. This is at our sole discretion.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation (including, but not limited to; email/ text-message/ verbal conversation/work-order/build-sheet) does not signify our acceptance of your order/project, nor does it confirm our offer to sell or undertake your project. Ironproof Timberworks reserves the right at any time before or after receipt of your order or project details to accept or decline your order/project for any reason.
All item & project photos are representations. Your actual custom project or build may vary slightly. Every custom project is built to order; This means your wood species, metal choice, coloring, finish, size specifications, components and any other choice details regarding such projects are solely your responsibility. Ironproof Timberworks is NOT responsible for incorrect terminology or descriptions of any custom built projects or builds due to a lack of understanding on the customer’s part.
All prices are in US Dollars. Colorado State sales tax will be applied to any orders being picked up, billed to, or delivered to a Colorado address.
All projects and custom commissioned orders are required to have a deposit paid before any materials are obtained by Ironproof Timberworks. The size deposit will be discussed with customers prior to an invoice being sent and is generally 50% or greater.
Any projects in Ironproof Timberworks possession that have not been paid in full within 30 days of completion are forfeit by the originating customer and become the sole property of Ironproof Timberworks.
Ironproof Timberworks stands behind each piece we create from start to finish. Craftsmanship is the backbone of this company. Any issues or concerns with a project should be brought to our attention immediately. Please include supporting pictures and information if contacting us via email.
Product & Project Care:
Wood is a natural product that needs maintenance over time. Most custom items we deliver to customers are made to last and keep their “as delivered” finish for years. However, maintaining your custom project is the best way to keep it looking like new for decades. Additional care instructions will be available with custom projects as well as on this website. PLEASE contact with questions on this.
Returns/Refunds:
REFUNDS for ANY online payments or deposits will NOT have the 3% processing fee returned – this policy is enforced EVEN if an order is cancelled for ANY reason. The payment processor keeps their fee no matter what which we are unable to refund.
Please note: The nature of custom commissioned projects means you are requesting a one-off build. Something completely unique that is often to your exact specifications. This makes any type of return or refund on a custom item extremely difficult to process. Please contact us if you are unhappy with a finished project and we will do our best to sort everything out.
Electronic signature – by using this website in any capacity you electronically agree to all terms, conditions & policies indicated on this page AND in all other sections of the website. Your electronic signature and IP address are captured at the time of a purchase or deposit and is kept on file for security purposes.
Any warranty or craftsmanship guarantee from Ironproof Timberworks on any projects or services are NOT transferable under any circumstances. Warranties & guarantees written or otherwise expressed are for the original purchaser of the projects or services only.
Shipping Information:
* Shipping varies with location and of course a project size. Certain items can ship with regular carries via ground shipping. Other larger projects may require freight OR applicable delivery quotes. Please contact us first if you think a project will be oversized.
If you are looking to purchase from us and are located outside of the USA, please notify us before making any purchases as we can NOT guarantee your item can be shipped to your location.
Orders & Privacy Information:
Ironproof Timberworks takes our customers privacy and information very seriously. Ironproof Timberworks does NOT collect or process Credit Card information through our website, this is done via a secure payment processor. Ironproof Timberworks does NOT share, sell or re-distribute our customer information. All personal and financial information is transferred safe with our Secure Site Connection via SSL.
