I’m not reinventing the wheel here, I’ll make that clear. Flower boxes, planter boxes and patio ‘dress up’ items have been created in many ways by many other woodworkers for a long time now. I’m just sharing my project thoughts and results.
Being organized in your workshop or woodshop is one of the pillars of craftsmanship. Some of us may function better than others with clutter or slight chaos, but overall being neat and organized leads to better efficiency with projects.
Woodworking by its very nature is VAST in variety. Wood species, project type, stains, finishes and overall construction make the possibilities nearly endless. What if you never deviate from your ‘comfort zone’ though on a build?
The most important woodworking tool in your arsenal is the jointer. Wait, it’s the table saw. Sorry sorry, it’s the radial arm saw. Nope no hold on it’s the surface planer. There’s one tool in your workshop that is undoubtedly the most critical.
